Fees, Medicare rebates and Bulk billing
I am committed to making my consultations as affordable as possible, ensuring families have access to high-quality breastfeeding and lactation support, and postpartum care.
My goal is to support parents in their feeding journey without financial barriers standing in the way.
As I am an endorsed Registered Midwife, I am able to Bulk Bill antenatal and postnatal breastfeeding and lactation consultations within 6 weeks of birth via the Medicare Benefits Schedule if you have a valid Medicare card.
Therefore, there is no out of pocket cost for these consultations.
Please enquire about fees if your baby is older than 6 weeks as Medicare rebates are no longer applicable.
Initial consultations
All initial consultations require 45 - 90 minutes duration.
Postnatal consultation - 90 minutes, in person

Bulk Billed via Medicare within 6 weeks of birth

Antenatal consultation - 60 minutes, in person

Antenatal consultation - 45 minutes, telehealth and phone
Bulk Billed via Medicare
Out of pocket expense: $0
All initial consultations include one month of unlimited text message and email support.
Medicare Safety Net
Medicare rebates may be higher if you have reached your annual Original Medicare Safety Net or Extended Medicare Safety Net, further reducing your out of pocket expense.
You can check your Safety Net status by visiting the Services Australia website or call Medicare on 132 011.
Follow up consultations
For when you need further assistance.
Whether in person or via telehealth or phone call, these consultations are Bulk Billed until your baby is 6 weeks old.
This means you have no out of pocket expense for these.
