Join Deb via Zoom for a relaxed session, designed for expectant parents preparing for breastfeeding and early parenting.
This free session includes a downloadable copy of my breastfeeding and early parenting e-book.

• recognising early feeding cues and supporting responsive feeding from birth
• comfortable positioning and attachment to help prevent early feeding challenges
• what is normal newborn behaviour, including cluster feeding and early sleep patterns
• preparing for common experiences such as night waking, contact naps and periods of unsettledness
• how milk supply is established and ways to support it in the early weeks
• expressing colostrum, hand expressing and when expressing may be helpful
• preparing a realistic postpartum plan, including rest and support networks
